I briefly spoke with a lady named Lisa today; Lisa was telling me about her recent encounter with a contractor she dealt with who billled her $4K instead of the $1800 agreed upon price she was given to get a tree off her roof..

Problem is, Lisa only asked and agreed to have the tree freed from the roof of her home. The agreement was for the company to remove the tree from the roof and the owner would cut it up and stack the wood. Rather than follolw the agreed upon order, the cotracted company cut up the tree, cleared all brush from said tree, and chipped it up and pro ceeded to hand homeowner a $4k bill. Fair? No... . And everyday that passes, similar sotroes are head throughout the area.. sad.
